Every week the share of produce will be different depending n the season. The weekly food share includes an average of seven to eleven items for the large family share, and six to nine for small family shares. We offer a large variety.  Bulk quantities can be purchased for canning, freezing, and storage. Here are examples of what a large family share might include:

Spring -  lettuce or salad mix, oriental greens, spinach, chard, kale, onions, parsley, and assorted herbs

Summer - broccoli, lettuce mix, green beans, beets, cucumbers, carrots,  zucchini, cauliflower, cabbage, chard, spinach,  sweet peas, tomatoes, basil, and potatoes

Fall - lettuce mix, spinach, carrots, beets, tomatoes, cabbage, bok choy,  zucchini, potatoes, cucumber, parsley, broccoli, large butternut squash, buttercup squash, and kale


Other products such as chicken, turkey, and beef  are available throughout the year.
